Q: Will this event generate CE credit for CPM designation? A: Yes, PMI counts for 20 CE credits for CPM. We will also submit forum sessions for CE approval for the following designations: CFP, CIMA, CPWA, CIMC. Q: Does this event qualify for Tuition Reimbursement? A: Yes, if you have CPM, CFP, CIMA, CIMC, CPWA. Search hrpolicies in your firm browser, click on T and select Tuition Reimbursement for more details. Q: How do I register my spouse for the events that are available to him/her? A: You may register your spouse (NO clients or finance industry colleagues) after your registration has been approved, links to register spouses will be in your confirmation email, additional emails will go out to all registrants as deadlines approach. Q: Do I have to fill out an ENC for Hotel expenses at the Hotel? A: If the cost of airfare and hotel exceeds $1,500 you will need to file for ENC approval prior to attending Forum in order to be eligible for BDA/AFG reimbursement. To access the ENC system – type “ENC” in your web browser. Q: How to enter ENC? A: The event type is Industry Conference Registration-Client Focused Conference, then you detail and estimated your expenses for the event. All Advisor travel would also need to be booked via CSTO and pre-approved prior to travel. Q: How do I register for my Breakouts? A: This year you will register for all break-out sessions in the app. The app will be available for download in spring/summer 2024. You will receive an email with your log in instructions once it is available. Log into the app, go to the Agenda, choose the break out group, choose the break-out session you would like to attend, and select My Schedule. If the break-out has reached capacity it will let you know. Q: How do I download the PMI Forum app? A: Once the Forum app is ready for download all registered attendees will receive instructions and their personal login details. Q: What are the dates of Forum this year? A: The dress code for forum is smart casual during the day, business casual for evening events. Tours are casual. Q: How do I receive my CE Credit? A: PMI will submit your hours if we have your ID number for CFP, CIMAs, CIMCs and CPWAs. CPM CE's will be reported to ACPM on your behalf. Please note that in order to receive CE Credit, you will need to check-in to each session you attend in the app and be aware that completing the session survey is required to receive CE credit(s). Q: How do I receive my CFA CE Credit? A: CFA Institute members will need to self-document their efforts in their online CE tracker. To receive CFA CE's, you must log into your CFA Institute account, go to My Account, go to Continuing Education under Career Development & Learning and complete the CE tracker. Q: Will there be a golf tournament? A: Yes, the golf tournament will be on Monday June 9th, at the Fazio Canyons Course. Dress code: shorts are fine, Bermuda length - shirts with collars. No denim or cargo shorts please.
