If rooms remain in our room block beyond that date, go ahead and request the "PMI" rate, subject to availability The forum will begin at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 21st. Departure air reservations should be made after 3 p.m., Friday, April 23rd

Conference Fee minus 50% for cancellations made between 3/1/10 - 3/28/10
