To receive the Westin Diplomat Discounted Room Rate make your reservations prior to 5 pm Eastern, Tuesday March 20, 2012. PMI's reduced room block rate (based on hotel availability) is available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the PMI Forum for those who may wish to extend their trip. **PLEASE NOTE THE HOTEL IS SOLD OUT FOR FRIDAY, APRIL 20th. The forum will begin with at 12 noon pm on Wednesday, April 18, 2012. The forum will conclude at 2 pm on Friday, April 20, 2012. Departure air reservations should be made after 4 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2012

Conference Fee minus $75 for cancellations made before March 1, 2012
Conference Fee minus $200 for cancellation made between March 2 - 20, 2012
Conference Fee minus 50% for cancellations made between March 20 – April 1, 2012
No refunds for cancellations made on or after April 2, 2012
